| Description: Sports Illustrated signed "MS", watercolor illustrations. Two illustrations; one of Casey Stengel during Spring Training rained out, and another of the New York Yankees with, we believe, Mickey Mantle signing autographs while others participate in Spring Training drills. 14 1/2"x22" and 21 1/2"x27". Artists working with Sports Illustrated often created a series of drawings on one board. For purposes of describing these lots, individual drawings on the same board have been counted separately when totalling the number of illustrations in the lot.
