| Description: Scarce Floyd "Jelly" Gardner single signature baseball c.1922. Toned red and blue stitched baseball of Official Major League quality signed, "Floyd Gardner to pal Roy Jackson". Signature and inscription rate 4 out of 10, ball also has date of 1922 on sweet spot and a few other period notations incl. "To my pal and Friend Jack", Gardner was a star outfielder and leadoff hitter who played from 1919-1933 for various teams incl. Chicago American Giants and Homestead Grays.
