| Description: Rare Spalding football union suit c.1900-10. Canvas lace up vest retaining orig. Spalding tag in collar along with a period price/size tag attached to original reeded lace up football pants with elastic waistband. Pants also have Spalding tag in waist. Laces are present on pants but not on vest, uniform has some overall light wear apparently from age not usage. Recently discovered in an estate these simply do not turn up as they once did every year or two: EX |
