| Description: "Red Sox" flannel uniform c.1942. Cream color flannel shirt with "Red Sox" across chest retains original Health patch on sleeve. Rectangular area in collar has tag removed and red #3 remains on back of shirt. Matching pants have black stamped #3 inside waistband, uniform also includes red, grey, and blue stirup socks. Altough this uniform is certainly of Major League quality and adult size we believe this to be a Minor League team of some sort from the period, great display piece in fine condition with a desirable vintage patch: EX-EX/MT |
