| Description: Boston Red Sox home jersey c.1940's attributed to Joe Cronin. Cream flannel shirt with original red team lettering on front and #4 on back. Retains Spalding tag in collar with #42 tag attached. Has some lt. overall soiling which would clean and some damage to small portion of piping by the buttons. Attribution to Cronin based on size, dating with respect to player number, and family history as Cronin's pants (w/name stitched in waist) were sold by family several years ago.
