It has been on the front cover by (12) including George Mikan, Jim Pollard, John Kundla, Vern Mikkelsen, Don Carlson, Tony Jaros, Don Smith, Howie Schultz, Dick Schnittker, and others. Signed again, and personalized, on an interior page by Kundla. Signatures rate 7 to 8/9 out of 10 with (2) on the front personalized. Handling and some general age related wear throughout.
