Description: Lot of early golf related pieces (7) including 1899 patent Spalding golf ball c.1900-30s. Includes golf ball which has "Spalding Dimple" impressed mark on one side and "Apr.11 99" patent date on the opposite (wear includes some splitting); slightly later period ball with square dimpled surface and impressed "U.S. 444" mark; pair of vintage checkered knickers; putter which a hunting scene impressed on the head; a (2) iron by Wright & Ditson with Harry Cooper facsimile signature endorsement in the blade and a Cooper decal on upper shaft; vintage "Black Diamond" golf ball which remains in portions of its' original cellophane wrapper; and practice ball which is made out of woven cloth.
