Description: Historic April 12, 1966 Atlanta Braves first game at Fulton County Stadium line-up cards (Inaugural Regular Season Atlanta Braves Game). Pair of original line-up cards prepared for and used during the Braves first regular season home game played at Fulton County Stadium in Atlanta. There is one each for the Braves (filled out and last name signed by Manager Bobby Bragan) and the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates (filled out and last name signed by Manager Harry Walker). Over (50,000) fans attended to see the Braves fall to Pittsburgh 3-2 in (13) innings with Willie Stargell hitting the 60th home run of his career, a two-out, two-run shot that put the Pirates ahead. Joe Torre also hit a pair of home runs include the first in Franchise history for the team in Atlanta. Each has some additional game related notations written on in unknown hand and some light wear including a horizontal crease. Unique and historic line up cards with relation to the Atlanta tenure of the storied Braves franchise. Includes auction LOA from JSA: VG-EX
