Restorated surfaces (and possibly some slats) throughout with the number "5" stenciled on and there is a descriptive placard affixed. Signed on the top slat by Joe DiMaggio, Yogi Berra, Phil Rizzuto, Whitey Ford, Rickey Henderson, Gaylord Perry, Reggie Jackson, Enos Slaughter, Catfish Hunter, Bob Lemon, and Dave Winfield.
