Description: 1927 New York Yankees World Series Champions team signed photograph. Striking sepia toned 8"x10" photograph has been signed by (30) including Lou Gehrig, Miller Huggins, Earle Combs, Herb Pennock, Waite Hoyt, Tony Lazzeri, Joe Girard, Urban Shocker, Pat Collins, Charles O'Leary, John Grabowski, Bob Meusel, Wiley Moore, George Pipgras, Don Miller, Mark Koenig, Cedric Durst, Bob Shawkey, Art Fletcher, Julian Wera, Dutch Ruether, Joe Dugan, Ben Paschal, Bennie Bengough, Myles Thomas, Mike Gazella, Ray Morehart, bat boy Eddie Bennett, and trainer Doc Woods. The Babe Ruth signature is clubhouse signed. All are done in period fountain pen rating a uniformly strong 8 out of 10 with only Koenig a touch lesser. Framed to 10.75"x13.25" for display with a hint of light visible toning and little to no mentionable wear save for a minute area of surface lines just to the right of Gehrig's image. 1927 Yankees team signed objects of any medium are among the most cherished scarcities in the collecting field. This particular example is one of only approximately five such specimens, in any condition grade, that we can document to exist.
