Highly regarded presentational piece has been bestowed each year since 1969 with recipients including some of the greatest names in football history. Statue like figural incorporates a pair of players in action displayed on pedestal base. Engraved placard at base front reads "1995 Kansas City Committee of 101, Brett Favre Green Bay Packers, National Football Conference, Offensive Player Of The Year." Lettered on the back, "A salute to the men of Professional Football by the Committee of 101 of the Chiefs Club of Kansas City."
