Description: Sandy Koufax autographed c.1963 "Strike Out" game. Koufax is pictured on the lid which has been signed, "To Barry, Best Wishes, Sandy Koufax" in marker rating 8 out of 10. Includes a pair of original Styrofoam balls which are stuck to interior playing surface but removable as intended and original instruction sheet. Lid has scattered wear including some creases, what appears to be moisture damage, and a small area of missing material from the upper surface. Includes auction LOA from JSA and custom Lucite display box (wear to display) which has Barry Halper Collection Auction label affixed: Sig. NM, Game GDEstimated Price Range: ($400-$600)
