Description: George Kell professional model baseball bat c.1950s (EX) Louisville Slugger 125 model baseball bat with Kell facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 34" long and weighs 34.2oz. Model number "F4" has been factory stamped in the knob. Strong usage wear is evident throughout with the barrel covered in ball/contact marks. There is a slight crack and some grain swelling to the barrel and a repaired handle crack (where tape was removed). A fine example with particular note to visible use and the first bat of Hall of Famer George Kell we have offered in some time.
