Description: 1958 Randy Jackson/Don Demeter Los Angeles Dodgers professional model jersey and pants (First year in LA). Highly desirable ensemble as related to the team's first year out west. Cream colored flannel jersey has "Dodgers" team name across the front in scripted logo font with player number "2" below. Number also appears on the back. Proper "Rawlings" tag on left front tail with adjacent size "42" tag. Year "58" is chain stitched below. Dry clean tag appears inside with "Set 1 1958" flag tag. Above embroidered year are vestiges of the name "Jackson" which had been stitched in and then removed. This was likely done in the period by the team as Jackson began the year wearing number "2" and was traded in August. Don Demeter then assumed use of the number. Includes pants similarly tagged for the 1958 season with additional "Demeter 29 ins" strip tag. Evident usage and wash wear throughout with some scattered spotting.
