Description: Gene Hermanski professional model baseball bat c.late 1940s. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with "G.Hermanski" block lettered into the barrel end measures 34" in length and weighs 33.2oz. Evident usage wear including ball transfer marks and grain swelling along with "H" shaped handle crack that extends to centerbrand. Originally obtained during the 1947 season at Ebbets Field and includes copy of letter which accompanies the grouping.
