Custom Velcro insert between 2nd and 3rd buttons. Cubs logo patch on left sleeve with "Hey Hey" above worn in tribute to Harry Caray. Additional Caray tribute patch on right sleeve. Autographed on the back, "To Curt Schilling, Best Wishes God Bless, Sammy Sosa #21" in black marker rating 8 out of 10. Light evident usage and wash wear throughout.
