Description: Important 1932 Kansas City Monarchs World Championship team panoramic photograph One of the more recognizable Negro League images of its type depicting the Monarchs team posed in full uniform standing on a field. The roster reads as though it were an All-Star team of the era to include Wilbur "Bullet" Rogan, Turkey Stearnes, Andy Cooper, John Donaldson, Chet Brewer, and Frank Duncan. Photo measures 8"x16 1/4" with vertical creasing that in some instances has separated with small losses. The image is mounted to a cardboard backing and would well benefit with professional conservation. Incredible original image from an important team within the tenure of the most notable franchise in Negro League history.
