Description: Willie Mays 2002 San Francisco Giants National League Championship ring. Original ring as presented to Willie Mays as a legacy member of the Giants franchise in celebration of the 2002 National League Championship. The top of the ring displays the "G" variant with inset small diamonds having "Giants National League Champions" titling encircling the perimeter. Two additional brilliant cut diamonds accent that titling with a total carat weight of .14. One side panel features "Mays" name above image of Pacific Bell Park in relief with the other panel having "2002 Champs" pennant above a series of (17) smaller pennants for the previous NL titles in team history. Stamped 14K on interior ring band with minimal visible wear. Size is 10 1/2. The ring is accompanied by is original mahogany lidded presentational box with inscribed brass placard on top , "2002 National League Champions Giants Willie Mays". Additional exterior white fiberboard box is included with "WM-Ring Giant logo" written in blue ink on lid side apron with "SF Giants Size 10.5 Willie Mays" label on top of lid. Very desirable presentational ring as given to the greatest player in the history of the prestigious Giants franchise.
