Description: Martin Luther King Jr. medallion from the Willie Mays Collection. Bronze medallion done to honor the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. has a well executed portrait on the front which is ringed by his name and the years "1929-1968." Design on the back features a pair of men standing arm in arm and reads "I Have A Dream...Peace Brotherhood Justice." Marked "Metallic Art Co" on the edge and measures 2.5" across. From the personal collection of Willie Mays whom met Dr. King in 1963 with the resulting image showing the noted Civil Rights Leader smiling from ear to ear. Hint of light natural age/wear.
