Description: 1988 Willie Mays San Francisco Giants professional model home uniform. Home jersey has "Giants" team name across the front. Number "24" appears on back below a "Mays" nameplate. Rawlings tag on the inside front tail notes size (44) and there are adjacent "Set 1 1988" and "2 Inch Extra Length" tags. Embroidered strip tag above reads "88 24." Pants are likewise by Rawlings (size 34) and have an "24 88 34 24" embroidered strip along with "Set 1 1988" flag tag. Marker notation reading "24" appears to have been done by Mays himself. Light wear evident throughout. Presumably issued to Mays by the Giants for use in his role as a coach or advisor. Very nice team issued pairing for display and a fine alternative to one issued during his playing days which would be valued in the six figure range.
