Description: Early Reach free standing punching bag c.1910s-20s. This first of its' type which we can recall offering. Free standing training device has cast iron lower portion which was intended to be bolted to the floor. Metal pole supports a wooden upper portion which has a joint or two with spring loaded interior mechanisms that allow for movement and prevent it from braking. White leather punching bag on top has a "Reach" makers' label affixed. The stand can be raised and lowered. Age and storage wear: VGEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
