Description: Rare Mickey Mantle endorsed cushion foot socks and header card c.1960s. Pair of "new old stock" unworn socks with the visible example displaying perfect markings which include "Endorsed by Mickey Mantle…" titling and the size (8 1/2) (NM appearance). Original header card pictures Mick in his Yankees uniform and has matching size (8 1/2) stamped in appropriate area. The socks are in what appears to be a replacement plastic sleeve with backer and the header card is stapled on. Header displays toning/discoloration, wrinkles, and several old staple holes (ringed by rust).
