Description: Rare Mickey Mantle endorsed bat rack by Mac Boy c.1950s. Scarce piece is one of only a few original examples remaining and has the familiar Mac Boy decal, which shows Mickey Mantle as a member of the New York Yankees, affixed at the center. His facsimile signature appears to one side. and "My Bat Boy" titling is on the other. While the decals themselves are quite common (readily available at most times), the rack to which they were intended to have been affixed rarely surfaces. Upright back measures 26"x16" and the wooden lip affixed along lower edge (which can hold bats and balls) extends out 3.75". Mild general wear and there is some additional fraying/flaws to two of the mounting holes (and a small gouge to the right of one).
