Modest wear to frame; framed (9.25"x20.5") presentational piece features a red, white, and blue ribbon which holds a figural key. Metal placard mounted just below reads "Presented as a Token of Esteem and Respect by the Citizens of The City of Birmingham, AL, Bernard Kincaid, Mayor." Hint of light wear.
