Description: April 15, 1951 Yankees vs. Dodgers exhibition game scorecard - Mantle's first homerun in Major League stadium. Original scorecard was issued for an exhibition game played between the Yankees and Dodgers at Ebbets Field on April 15, 1951. His contract had just been purchased from Kansas City and he would make his official debut days later on April 17th. Scored in pencil on pre-printed lineups (which note Mickey as wearing number 6). Mantle hit his first homerun as a professional player in a Major League stadium before over (12,000) fans. As was customary in the period, the Dodgers used a 1950 dated scorecard cover (left over from the season before) and the "0" has a "1" drawn over it in pencil.
