Description: Willie Mays Outstanding Athlete Award c.1960s. Bronze medal encased within an acrylic display as given to Mays by the Philips-Van Heusen organization. Medal features raised décor and titling on front with "Willie Mays San Francisco Giants" lettering on the back. Medal is 3" in diameter encased within 5 1/2" acrylic display and retains is original blue velvet lined hinged lid case. Scattered surface scratching to the acrylic display.
