Spalding pictured on the front beside "National Base Ball League" titling. On the back are portrait images of 1887 White Stockings team members including Hall of Famers Cap Anson and John Clarkson. "E.W. King, Druggist" business name appears on one side and an offer for discount at their store is printed on the other.
