Description: 1894 Baltimore Orioles "Champions of The World" celluloid team composite medallion. Commemorative piece done in honor of the 1894 Baltimore Orioles whom won (24) of the last (25) games played to close the season and secure a National League title. Portrait images appear on one side and include Hall of Famers Ned Hanlon, John McGraw, Dan Brouthers, Joe Kelley, "Wee Willie" Keeler, Hughie Jennings and Wilbert Robinson. The opposite reads "Baltimore B.B.C. 1894, Champions of the World." Just below is a "Torsch & Lee" mark. The piece (1.75" across) remains in fine overall condition with some light toning and a touch of wear and all player images are clear and well defined. It hangs from the original orange and black ribbon with bar style broach pin at the top: EX-EX/MT
