Description: Unique Ted Williams "practice bat" - autographed (10) times and inscribed to Mike Piazza. Louisville Slugger 125 model W215 bat is done in similar style that which Ted Williams would have used. It served as a "practice" bat on which Ted would test out his signature. It has been autographed a total of (10) times with (4) signatures on the handle and the balance around the barrel. It is also inscribed (by Williams), "To Mike Piazza, a 500 Home Run Hitter" (note - Piazza did not reach that level). All appear in blue marker rating an average 8 out of 10. Hint of light handling wear. A unique piece and very attractive for display. Includes certificate of provenance from the Williams Estate and there is a Green Diamond hologram affixed: EX/MT-NM
