Description: Milwaukee Braves (6) foot tall "Welcome" sign c.1950. Oversized die-cut piece with "Welcome" text along the bottom features a likeness of the team mascot seated atop a baseball which is done to resemble a globe. Stands a full 6'2" tall with modest wear largely confined to the edges. "World Champs 10/10/57" is written in ink along the bat. Marked "Carl Thelin Co" at lower left.
