Prestigious award piece has the "NBA 50 Greatest Players" logo on the top face. The right shank features the name "Walton" and his number "32" along with the special NBA 50 insignia. Left has the NBA logo and years "1946" and "1996." Marked "LGB 14K" on the interior band. Size is 11 with a weight of 1.5oz showing light general surface wear. Original 1997 signed letter from NBA Commissioner David Stern accompanies the ring with content congratulating Walton. Rare offering of this iconic commemorative ring which is without question one of the most significant player examples to have been presented at auction.
