White knit jersey with "Celtics" team name and "5" in green tackle twill across the front having matching "Walton" and "5" on back. Proper Medalist/Sand Knit manufacturer's tag affixed to the tail front with remnants of the additional supplemental Sand Knit size tag below. "5" uniform number also written in period black marker on the tag. The jersey shows appropriate light to moderate use/wash wear particularly for that period in Walton's NBA career as his service as a backup to center Robert Parrish was a key component to the 1986 NBA Championship team.
