Description: Bill Walton game worn eye goggles with additional Kareem Abdul-Jabbar attribution c.1970s. Pair of clear acrylic eye goggles as worn by Walton during NBA play in the 1970s era. They were given to Walton by his friend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and accordingly to Walton family history were also worn by Jabbar in game play as well. Marked "France" in raised lettering on side panel retaining their black elastic head strapping with period linen tape reinforcements. Tape reinforcement on the nose guard area as well. Strong evident use. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and signed letter of provenance from Walton Family: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$3,000)
