Description: 1997 Jim Thome professional model baseball bat (World Series season). Rawlings black finish bat measures 34 1/4" long weighing 33.1 ounces. The bat shows very heavy use including ball marks, stitching impressions, blue transfer marks, grain swelling, and handle tape. There is a portion of the front of barrel that appears to have been partially separated and re-attached. Model 491B stamped on knob end along with 1997 date code and "25" written in silver marker.
