Description: Babe Ruth "Home Run Special" baseball glove box lid display c.1930s Framed display (15.5"x24.5") with the focal point being the center portion of the lid from a Home Run Special baseball glove . Matted above and below are two of the side flaps. All (3) portions have undergone extensive restoration with color/paint added throughout. In addition, they show other types of wear with larger center portion having visible cracks along the bottom and at upper left.
