Description: Lot of (2) 1878 Tecumseh Base Ball Club trophy balls. Pair of early figure eight baseballs covered in a deep maroon/brown paint are each gilt over red lettered to reflect June 3rd and June 18th games which were won by the Tecumseh Base Ball Club. The team was based out of London, Ontario and they were well covered in newspaper accounts of the day. In fine overall condition with little mentionable wear: EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$1,500)
