Description: Rare Hillerich & Bradsby swinging butter churn c.1890. Notably scarce original H&B butter churn representing the original product on which J.F.Hillerich launched the company. Free standing and functional (the extent that it swings) with bold and well pronounced factory applied markings. Stands approx. (4) feet tall (at top of the one remaining handle) with approx. 3 foot by 2.5 foot footprint. Only the second we have encountered outside of the collection of the Louisville Slugger Museum: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
