Description: June 19, 1952 Carl Erskine autographed game used baseball with attribution to No Hit Game (PSA/DNA). Toned W.Giles National League baseball signed on side panel in black ink, "Best Wishes to Jeff June 19, 1952 Carl Erskine". Inscription and signature remain clearly legible ranging from 4-6 out of 10 in strength. The ball itself exhibits evident use including general surface wear and several minor surface abrasions. On June 19, 1952 Erskine twirled a gem while pitching for the Brooklyn Dodgers against the Chicago Cubs with a final score of 5 to 0 and no hits allowed. The ball was originally offered in a 2010 auction and noted as being consigned by the original recipient who received it from Erskine while in attendance (with his father) of the historic game at Ebbets Field where they were seated behind home plate.
