Description: 1949 Ralph Branca National League All-Star Team Sterling Silver presentational box. Lidded box (3.25"x6.25"x1.5") has been engraved on the top, "All-Star Award, National League, To Ralph Branca, 1949" with "Ford C. Frick" (N.L. President) facsimile signature below. Marked "S&S Sterling" on the underside with a touch of light handling and storage wear. It was Branca's third consecutive All-Star Game appearance and he would help lead the Dodgers to an N.L.
