Pinstriped knit home jersey with "Phillies" team name across the front and "Polanco" name on the back above number "27." Number also appears on left sleeve. Majestic tagging found on the front tail with "Cool Base" flag tag on the seam. Proper "0063" coded wash tag on the interior tail front with "10" strip tag. MLB Authentication hologram (LH 957344) confirms the jersey was worn on April 30, 2010. Exhibits moderate scattered usage wear and is notated "not laundered" on team letter.
