Description: Scarce large format German bisque porcelain baseball figurine c.1880's. Rarely offered 16" tall hand painted batter figural remains in superb overall condition with a small chip to one finger and a tiny rim flake at the base as the only two mentionable defects. Stamped with the German hallmarks underneath and has a replaced bat (commonly seen). Very fine and desirable statue of a size rarity: EX/MT-NM
