Majestic MLB Authentic Collection size 50 powder blue jersey with "P" patch and number "51" sewn on the front, along with "ADAMS" nameplate and number "51" sewn on the back. Phillies logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve, and Majestic tagging is sewn on the front tail with size "50" flag tag. Adams signed the jersey in black marker. Signature rates 8/9 out of 10.
