Description: Frank Baker signed 1961 Fleer #63 (full JSA LOA) (Sig. EX-EX/MT, Card see description) 1961 Fleer #63 has been signed on the front in blue ink rating 7 out of 10. It appears that Baker made an additional (first) attempt to sign with another pen which did not adhere to card and there is a light "Frank" toward lower front edge.
