| Description: Lot of (3) vintage photographs of Ted Williams at Tyndall Air Force Base c.1940s (VG-EX) Series of (3) period 3.75"x4.75" photographs featuring images which were taken in June 1944 when Williams took part in a one game exhibition at the noted Air Force base. The game was played (2) days before D-Day and these represent a few of the very small sampling of photographs taken that day. One features Williams at bat; others are of him signing autographs (one standing in a small crowd, the other while seated in dugout). Light to moderate scattered wear/age toning and (1) has small areas of residue on upper left front. All have mounting residue on back.
