Wilson tag is affixed to the shirt tail along with "44-1971 Set 2" chain stitched underneath the tag. Strip tag has been removed from the collar and "Carlton" was written in vintage black ink. Darrell Brandon wore #32 in 1971 with Carlton taking the number 32 in 1972 after being traded to the Phillies from the Cardinals. Although it is not possible to document the history of the shirt it is possible that the shirt was issued to Carlton for Spring Training in 1972. Matching pants are tagged "36-1971-Set 1" with faded "17" written in the waistband. Terry Harmon wore #17 in 1971 for the Phillies.
