High quality Rawlings Stan Musial Model SM6 shows strong usage wear from years of diving stops and leaping grabs by the man who revolutioned defensive baseball from his era. The glove has "BROOKS 5" printed in period black ink on back of glove along with a very faded signed inscription, "My old ball glove Brooks Robinson". Back also has "SNYDER" printed in black which most likely was Russ Snyder who played alongside Robinson from 1961-1967. The glove was obtained directly from Brooks by Mr. Grubbs while employed with the Orioles and will include a handwritten letter from Brooks Robinson, letter of provenance from family, and LOA from Global-David Bushing/Dan Knoll/Mike Baker.
