| Description: Eddie Mathews professional model baseball bat c.1961-64. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 36" long and exhibits fine use including pronounced ball marks, stitching impressions, and dead wood on the back of the barrel. S2 model number is stamped on the knob end and "41" is faintly visible in vintage black marker. Weight notation “33 1/2” also appears on the knob in light pencil. Very fine Mathews game bat is ideal in all physical aspects and further enhanced by direct provenance. Includes letter of provenance from the Lyons family and LOA from Hunt Auctions: EX-MT
