| Description: Rare Willard Brown auto. government postcard. Autograph appears on the blank side of a GPC in dark black ink. Signature rates 9 out of 10, having been covered by a strip of period clear tape. Addressed on the back and cancelled Aug. 24, 1954. Small piece of clear tape is present at bottom edge on front. This is the first career contemporary signed GPC we’ve seen of this Hall of Fame Negro League legend. Includes LOA from JSA: VG-EX
