Notably early original black and white 8"x10" image of a young Willie Mays swinging a bat is signed at the top left, "Best Wishes William Mays N.Y. Giants" in black fountain pen. Salutation and signature rate 9 out of 10. The image itself retains excellent clarity with only a few minor surface wrinkles and some pinholes in the white border area.
