High quailty Takizawa black leather baseball cleats given to Joe DiMaggio during his 1950 Goodwill Tour of Japan trip. Both pairs remain in pristine original condition retaining Takizawa tagging on the tongue. Includes both original boxes each marked with period notations, "Baseball Shoes Takizawa Co. Ltd. Tokyo, Japan". Includes a xerox copy of the original inventory listing sent to DiMaggio which lists the offered cleats: NM |
